De leur c\u00f4t\u00e9, les personnes qui n\u2019ont aucun probl\u00e8me sont invit\u00e9es \u00e0 aller plus loin dans la pratique et le v\u00e9cu de la s\u00e9ance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.yoga-gap.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/3-ds-\u00e9quil-sol.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.yoga-gap.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/3-ds-\u00e9quil-sol-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"3 ds \u00e9quil sol\" width=\"229\" height=\"144\" \/><\/a><\/em><span style=\"color: #800080;\">De l\u00e0 o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on part, tel que l\u2019on est, on arrive toujours \u00e0 un mieux-\u00eatre global.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Ce qui est demand\u00e9 n&rsquo;est pas la performance mais plut\u00f4t la constance, l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre entre l&rsquo;effort et le respect de ses possibilit\u00e9s. \u00ab Sthira-sukha \u00bb (fermet\u00e9-d\u00e9tente) : le travail est profond mais se fait en douceur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Avec l&rsquo;\u00e9coute int\u00e9rieure, on d\u00e9veloppe le ressenti de son corps et la compr\u00e9hension de son fonctionnement. On pressent toutes ses possibilit\u00e9s, on tend vers elles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Un juste effort du corps (ni trop, ni trop peu) fait dans le calme et la s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9 ainsi que l\u2019attention port\u00e9e au souffle permettent l\u2019harmonie entre le corps et l&rsquo;esprit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Apprivoiser le souffle et ressentir le flux de l\u2019\u00e9nergie sont les fils conducteurs et nous pr\u00e9parent \u00e0 la m\u00e9ditation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Apr\u00e8s les s\u00e9ances, on repart \u00e0 la fois d\u00e9tendu, assoupli et tonifi\u00e9. On peut mieux g\u00e9rer le stress et on le diminue, tout en d\u00e9veloppant l&rsquo;attention et la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 vivre l&rsquo;instant pr\u00e9sent.
