Le yoga doit pouvoir \u00eatre pratiqu\u00e9 par tous, chacun pouvant adapter selon ses possibilit\u00e9s voire ses difficult\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Dans cet esprit, ce cours est d\u00e9di\u00e9 d&rsquo;une part \u00e0 toutes personnes ayant des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 ou de mobilit\u00e9\u00a0rendant impossible la pratique d&rsquo;un cours ordinaire. D&rsquo;autre part aux personnes\u00a0qui ont de la difficult\u00e9, du fait de leur corpulence, \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les postures habituelles et ont besoin de les am\u00e9nager : pour se r\u00e9concilier avec son corps et am\u00e9liorer son image ou son estime de soi. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\">S\u00e9rieux et en m\u00eame temps humour peuvent nous accompagner dans l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de ces s\u00e9ances, pour un mieux-\u00eatre moral et physique.
